Maggie Spivey-Faulkner is an anthropological archaeologist and junior fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows. Her work focuses on hunter-gatherers of the southeastern United States, looking specifically at examples of peoples who defy popular characterization of hunter-gatherer societal complexity.
